Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules in Maryland. One arbitrator chosen by mutual agreement applies Maryland law.
Anne Arundel County courts in Maryland and the nearest U.S. District Court in Maryland are exclusive venues for non-arbitrated proceedings.
Maryland state law governs this agreement, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If any provision is found invalid, it shall be modified minimally to become enforceable. Invalidity does not affect other provisions.
